You tell me what you’ve got planned, and I’ll help you work out how much time makes sense.
I’m not here to squeeze your wedding into a tiny stressful timeline, but I’m also not going to tell you that you need hours you don’t. If 90 minutes is enough, lovely. If 4 or 5 hours will make the day feel calmer and less rushed, I’ll say that too.
The aim is simple: enough time for the moments that matter, without turning your wedding into a photo schedule with a ceremony attached.
Basically, we’ll build the coverage around the day, not the other way around.
Not everything may fit into every booking, but I’ll help you prioritise the bits you care about most.
Your timings, location and how much travelling is involved, but shorter coverage can usually include a mix of:
- Ceremony & Confetti
- A few group photos
- Relaxed couples portraits
- Drinks, mingling and candid moments
- Speeches & Cake cutting
Hourly coverage – your day, your timeline
All coverage includes a pre-wedding consultation (Zoom or coffee meet up) to go over your vision.
Online gallery for one year with unlimited downloads, making it easy to share your memories with friends and family. Travel included (within 1.5 hour of BH21)
90 minutes – £400
Usually enough for guests arriving, a short ceremony, a handful of group photos and a short portrait session nearby.
2 hours – £500
Great for arrivals, ceremony, confetti, family photos and relaxed portraits without feeling like we’re watching the clock.
3 hours – £650
A solid option for ceremony coverage plus time with guests afterwards. The drinks, hugs, mingling, details and a bit more atmosphere.
4 hours – £800
For weddings with a little more going on. Ceremony, portraits, guests, reception moments and a decent of the celebrations.
5 hours – £1,000
Ideal if you want the story to stretch from ceremony through to speeches, food, pub reception energy, or early evening plans.
6 hours – £1,200
The fullest short coverage option. Ceremony, portraits, your people, speeches, food and a proper slice of the celebration and maybe even the first dance.
